ACCUPASS Event Posting Terms and Recommendations

The event organizer (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") entrusts Accuvally Inc.'s online service "ACCUPASS" (hereinafter referred to as "ACCUPASS") to sell event tickets to participants. To protect your rights, please carefully read and agree to these "Event Posting Terms and Recommendations" before creating an event.

ACCUPASS Event Posting Terms

1. Explanation of Terms:

  1. If the content of an event posted by the Organizer violates any of the following prohibited terms, and is reported or discovered, ACCUPASS reserves the right to impose the following restrictions on the event after verification.

    1. Violating events will not receive promotional resources across ACCUPASS channels (including website, app, EDM, social media, etc.).

    2. The event will be blocked from all areas of the app’s four main sections (New Arrivals, Ranking, Early Bird, Free Tickets).

    3. Violating events will be prohibited from purchasing any ACCUPASS advertising resources.

    4. If the event violates legal regulations or severely harms the platform's interests, ACCUPASS reserves the right to remove the event immediately and define what constitutes a severe harm to the platform.

  2. Events restricted for violating these terms will not receive prior notice.

  3. These terms apply to all events currently posted on the ACCUPASS platform from the date of implementation.

  4. The Organizer shall not make any changes to events that have already ended, including but not limited to modification, unpublishing, or deletion. If the Organizer has any such request, it shall submit a request to ACCUPASS. ACCUPASS may, at its sole discretion, provide assistance on a case-by-case basis. Where such handling involves system operations, data processing, or related technical support, ACCUPASS may charge a service fee based on the actual scope of work. Notwithstanding the foregoing, where the request involves the exercise of rights required under applicable laws and regulations, such matters shall be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

  5. The Organizer is responsible for handling tax matters independently and must issue receipts, invoices, or report and pay entertainment taxes in accordance with tax regulations.

2. Basic Event Information:

  1. The event name and banner must not violate the following prohibited content:

    1. Missing a banner image.

    2. Inappropriate content such as 18+ materials, violent or graphic imagery.

    3. Illegal multi-level marketing activities (e.g. attempting to solicit membership or purchase of products not produced by the enterprise itself for their sales value).

    4. Illegal gambling activities (e.g. illegally established entertainment venues or involvement in illegal entertainment activities).

    5. Incomplete or placeholder event information (e.g., testing, unfinished, copied content).

    6. Any illegal or suspicious content. ACCUPASS reserves the right to define what constitutes suspicious content.

  2. Prohibition on Multiple Event Listings:

    1. Organizers are prohibited from publishing multiple event pages with identical or similar event names or content. If there are multiple sessions in the same month, please use tickets to differentiate the sessions and set them on the same event page.

    2. Using multiple organizer accounts to publish identical or similar event content is prohibited.

    3. These actions affect the visibility of other organizers' events. ACCUPASS reserves the right to interpret and define these terms if users have any questions.

  3. Due to Taiwan's regulations on the tourism industry, package tours (e.g., multi-stop itineraries, including transportation, accommodation, and arranged activities) cannot be listed on the ACCUPASS platform.

3. Content of the Event:

  1. The event description must contain at least 100 characters (including text in images).

  2. If an organizer sets the event as a paid event, the content must be reviewed before it can be published. The review will strictly examine the event information, and any violations will result in the event not being approved. The following content is prohibited in all published event content:

    1. Links or information directing users to external registration pages, platforms, or forms not using the ACCUPASS platform.

    2. Encouraging users to register privately via social media platforms, including but not limited to official websites, email, phone, Facebook, Instagram, LINE, or other platforms, including QR code scans.

    3. Charging fees at the event site or additional charges. Any paid event that does not use the ACCUPASS platform for registration and payment but instead charges users on-site or via bank transfers or other methods.

    4. Explicit or offensive content, such as adult-only material or violent and gory content.

    5. Illegal direct selling activities, such as soliciting membership or purchasing products not directly related to the organizer's business value.

    6. Illegal gambling information, including the promotion of illegal entertainment venues or activities.

    7. Alcohol-related events that do not include warning labels such as "No alcohol for minors" or "Don't drink and drive."

    8. Using unauthorized images, videos, or text that may infringe on others' copyrights. The organizer will bear full responsibility for any resulting copyright violations or disputes.

    9. Any illegal or platform-damaging content. ACCUPASS reserves the right to define what constitutes harm to the platform’s interests.

  3. After an event is published, if the organizer needs to modify the event information, the modified content must not include any prohibited content listed in section 2.

  4. Organizers are prohibited from setting up free ticket events without disclosing payment information and charging users on-site or privately. If such actions are reported, all future events by the organizer will be subject to penalties as outlined in the platform’s terms and conditions.

4. Ticketing Guidelines:

  1. Ticket names, ticket type names, and ticket descriptions must not contain the following prohibited content:

    1. Links or information directing users to register outside of the ACCUPASS platform.

    2. Encouraging users to register privately via social media platforms, including official websites, email, phone, Facebook, Instagram, LINE, or other platforms.

    3. Content that invalidates registration, such as "Registration Invalid" or "For Promotional Use Only," which prevents users from properly registering for the event.

    4. Charging fees on-site or additional charges. All paid event registrations must be processed through the ACCUPASS platform, without requesting users to pay on-site, via bank transfer, or by other means.

    5. Explicit or offensive content, such as adult-only material or violent and gory content.

    6. Illegal direct selling activities, such as soliciting membership or purchasing products not directly related to the organizer's business value.

    7. Illegal gambling information, including the promotion of illegal entertainment venues or activities.

    8. Any illegal or platform-damaging content. ACCUPASS reserves the right to define what constitutes harm to the platform’s interests.

  2. For first-time event organizers, if you are hosting a paid event, please apply for organizer verification at "manage your event organizer" after submitting the event for review to expedite the approval process.

  3. Paid event reviews typically take about 2 business days, excluding weekends. You will be notified of the results via email.

  4. When creating event tickets, please ensure that the ticket sale period and ticket validity match the event information. If there are discrepancies, the event may not pass the review.

  5. Once ticket sales have begun and registrations have been made, the following fields cannot be modified: registration form, ticket type name, ticket description, refund policies, event deletion or termination.

5. Registration Form:

  1. Please note that the ACCUPASS platform acts as a payment collection service and does not automatically issue invoices to users participating in the organizer’s events. Organizers are encouraged to use the "Invoice" field in the standard form to issue invoices to participants. Alternatively, organizers may choose to entrust ACCUPASS to issue invoices on their behalf.

6. Appendix:

  1. If the knowledge base does not resolve an organizer's issue, please contact the ACCUPASS customer service center via service@accupass.com for further assistance.

  2. If an organizer discovers that their event has been restricted due to violations of the platform’s rules, they should independently rectify the violations. After making the necessary corrections, the organizer may send an email with the event link to cs.help@accuvally.com to request the removal of the restriction.

  3. By using the ACCUPASS platform to publish events, the organizer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this agreement. ACCUPASS reserves the right to modify or amend the content of this agreement at any time. In the event of significant changes, these will be announced simultaneously in the Organizer Center. Organizers are encouraged to monitor such modifications or changes. By continuing to use the ACCUPASS platform services after any modifications or changes, the organizer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the updated terms.

ACCUPASS Event Posting Recommendations

1. Basic Event Information:

  1. It is recommended to include key information and highlights in the event banner to create a visually appealing and informative banner. A well-designed visual with clear highlights can better capture attention.

  2. The event title should be clear and accurately describe your event. A character limit of 30 is recommended. This helps create a strong first impression and improves search accuracy.

  3. Ensure that your event format (online/offline) and event location are correct. If the event format is set to "To Be Determined," be sure to update the status to online or offline before the event begins.

2. Event Content:

  1. It is recommended to include both images and text, clear formatting, and well-organized event information, such as: event introduction, event time, event format (online/offline), location, number of participants, pricing, guest speakers, and event highlights. This helps to increase users' interest in registering for the event.

  2. For lengthy or complex information, such as guest introductions or detailed explanations of exhibits, it is recommended to use the event guest introduction feature or the table function in the editor to keep the layout organized and easy to read.

  3. For text formatting, it is advised to use the available editor functions such as font size, alignment, color, bold, background color, underlines, and dividers to make the content more readable.

3. Ticketing

  1. If ticket sales have begun and registrations have been made, and the organizer discovers an error in the ticket type name or description, they can set the ticket type to "Discontinued" and create a new ticket type to "Sell" with the correct information.

4. Registration Form:

  1. If ticket sales have begun and registrations have been made, and the organizer needs to modify the registration form, they can duplicate the event and open a new registration. The steps are as follows:

    1. Set the existing ticket type to "Discontinued."

    2. Set the old event to "Private Event." The event page will no longer be searchable on the ACCUPASS platform but may still be searchable on Google.

    3. Duplicate the event and publish it as a new event to allow participants to register.

    4. The "Short URL" of the old event can be used for the new event, ensuring that external promotion remains unaffected.
