每個項目都必須分開填寫報名表並審核，報名一個項目填寫一張報名表，請勿一次同時送出多張報名表，如填寫錯誤可能導致審核失敗
Each division requires a separate registration form and review. Please submit one form per division. Do not submit multiple entries at once, as errors may result in registration failure.
報名表請務必填寫確實，資料漏填或錯誤將導致審核失敗，須重新報名
＞個人賽必填：選手本名、選手綽號、出生年月日、代表國家
＞團體賽必填：隊伍名稱、隊伍成員(包含本名和出生年月日)、代表國家
Please fill out the registration form accurately. Missing or incorrect information will result in failure of review and require re-application.
＞Solo Battles (Required): Full Name, Nickname, Date of Birth, Country Represented
＞5 on 5 Battle (Required): Team Name, Team Members (including Full Name and Date of Birth for each member), Country Represented
報名Breaking 5 on 5 Battle，請遵守每位選手僅限參加一個團隊，切勿跨隊重複報名多個團隊參賽，且比賽期間不可增減人數與替換團員，如報到及海選時發現有重複報名的團員，該名團員參與的所有隊伍將取消資格。
Breaking 5 on 5 Battle Registration Rules: Each player may only join one team. Do not cross-register. No roster changes or substitutions allowed during the event. Any player found registered with multiple teams during check-in or prelims will cause all involved teams to be disqualified.

2｜Click “Register Now” then follow the procedure stated in website for registration, and wait for approval.
3｜Download ACCUPASS App and get the e-ticket (QR code)

Competitors will receive a wristband at check-in. One additional wristband will be provided for an accompanying parent/guardian. For extra guests, please request free spectator tickets.

Free Fee．Maximum 40 crews．Fixed 5 members (no changes, substitutions, or cross-registering)
If duplicate registrations are found during check-in or prelims, all involved teams will be disqualified.

✜ 海選順序不抽籤並由評分系統亂數安排，請於報到時間索取號碼牌
✜ 報到時會給活動當天的入場手環，選手無須再索取觀賽票
✜ The order of the audition will be arranged randomly by the scoring system. Please ask for the number plate at the check-in time.
✜ Entry bracelet for event will be given when you check in, don’t need to ask for audience entry ticket
