費歐娜．羅蘭 Fiona ROLLAND
受比利時拉坎布爾視覺藝術學院啟發，自2021年起投入動畫創作。其作品融合對電影與敘事的熱忱，《菇菇的美味廚房》為其第二部逐格動畫短片，以溫馨的兒童電影風格為核心，想創作能夠讓所有觀眾都欣賞的作品。
Fiona Rolland discovered animation in 2021 during an internship at La Cambre, where she created her first animated short film. Inspired by the experience, she chose to pursue animation as a career, combining her passions for creation, cinema, and writing. She returned to La Cambre in 2022 and specialized in stop-motion animation. Bobel’s Kitchen is her second fully stop-motion short film. Drawn to children’s cinema, Fiona enjoys creating works that can be appreciated by audiences of all ages.

David Johnson is a puppet animator, director and producer. His company, Famous Flying Films, has produced puppet animation programmes especially for children for over 30 years. He created and produced the animated children’s series “The Koala Brothers” which has screened in more than 150 territories in over 30 languages and he has made a number of independent short films which have screened at various film festivals worldwide.

阿諾・德米因克 Arnaud DEMUYNCK
投入動畫創作超過 30 年，參與近百部作品的編劇、製作與導演工作。他不僅創作動畫，也長期為孩子們發展說故事活動，並出版繪本與紙芝居作品。近年更持續探索口語敘事與電影結合的可能性，透過充滿想像力的方式，帶領觀眾走進故事世界。
Since earning his Master’s in Performing Arts from Université Libre de Bruxelles in 1991, Arnaud Demuynck has written around 60 screenplays, produced nearly 100 works, and directed 25 films, mainly in animation. Since 2010, he has developed storytelling activities for young audiences across cinemas, schools, and festivals, and has also published illustrated books and Kamishibai. From 2015, he trained in storytelling at Théâtre de la parole and with renowned storytellers. Today, he performs widely, and in 2026 will present La voix des oiseaux, a cinematic storytelling show blending film and spoken word.
摩根娜・西蒙 Morgane SIMON
來自法國南特，在比利時名校La Cambre完成動畫碩士學位。她曾參與過長片《喜馬拉雅之花》的製作，非常擅長色彩與素描。摩根娜平常最愛從漫畫和音樂中找靈感，她筆下的世界總是充滿生命力，希望能透過色彩把溫暖傳遞給每一位觀眾。
A native of Nantes, Morgane moved to Belgium in 2015 to study animation at the Haute École Albert Jacquard (HEAJ) in Namur, before completing a master's degree at the École nationale supérieure des arts visuels de La Cambre in Brussels. In September 2020, she joined the L'Enclume animation studio in Brussels to work on the feature film Yuku and the Flower of the Himalayas (Rémi Durin & Arnaud Demuyck). In her personal work, she likes observational drawings, the human figure, and background colors. Comics and music are also major sources of inspiration and play an essential role in her artistic work.

Lizzie and the Sea follows Lizzie, a young girl terrified of the ocean, who awakens in a dark underwater world that feels like her worst nightmare. As she searches for a way home, strange creatures and glowing seascapes guide her on a journey through fear and wonder. What begins as a frightening struggle gradually becomes a poetic adventure about courage, imagination, and discovering beauty within the unknown.
瑪麗亞卡拉．諾拉爾 Mariacarla NORALL
來自倫敦，原本唸建築系，因為太喜歡動畫，決定把設計房子的熱情拿來「蓋」出電影裡的世界！她參與過許多國際知名動畫的製作，《海洋大大我不怕》是她第一部執導的短片。
Mariacarla Norall is a British-Italian set designer and animation director born in London in 1990. After graduating in architecture, she entered the animation industry, collaborating with MAD Entertainment on films such as Gatta Cenerentola and Yaya e Lennie – The Walking Liberty, both of which were presented at major international festivals. She also worked on the children’s TV series Food Wizards. In 2020, she made her directorial debut with the animated short Lizzie and the Sea, presented at Cartoons on the Bay 2023.

一群魚兒在海中悠遊，忽然遭到飢餓的海鷗襲擊，其中一隻魚慌張逃到岸邊，卻因正值退潮期而被困在潮汐池裡。池裡的生物們對這名入侵者感到十分好奇，但同時也以各自的方式努力守護著自己的地盤。突然，海鷗再度現身，大家一陣驚慌失措，他們決定要攜手合作，共同擊退敵人！
A school of fish is out at sea. When the school is attacked by hungry seagulls, one of the fish flees towards the shore. The tide is out, and the fish finds itself cut off from the sea in a tidal pool. The inhabitants of the pond eye the intruder curiously and defend their territory in their own way. Suddenly, a seagull appears, and it becomes dangerous for the animals. With their combined strength, they manage to drive the troublemaker away.

來自德國的莉娜是一位人氣動畫師，受大家喜愛的《小小鳥》系列就是出自她手！而她的好夥伴伊娃則是瑞士著名的插畫家，平時不只畫畫，還在學校教書，出版過許多國際知名的繪本。
Lena von Döhren is a German illustrator and animator living in Lucerne (CH), known for her mini-series The Little Bird. Eva Rust is a Swiss illustrator; she also teaches, and her picture books have been published by various publishers internationally.

沙灘上，紙杯、免洗筷、玻璃瓶排排站著，像在等待什麼。浪花一來，只剩玻璃瓶被留在岸邊。孤單的它扭來扭去，努力找朋友，遇見小雞、紅蟹和貝殼作伴，卻在滾動中越來越心酸。沒多久風雨將至，大浪即將撲上沙灘，它會不會就這樣被海帶走、沉入海底呢？(部分文字由高雄電影節提供)
A glass bottle is discarded on the beach with other single-use waste. All single-use waste is flown away, leaving the glass bottle alone. While the left alone glass bottle tries to get in with a seagull, a crab, and clams, they all ignore her. Then, one day, the sky grows dreary, leading to a storm surge that seems to represent the glass bottle’s present feeling.
