In this yoga class, we will focus on twisting postures and explore how breath supports steadiness, strength, and controlled movement. The session is structured with 30 minutes of guided learning to better understand twisting poses, followed by 30 minutes of a flowing yoga practice that integrates these movements with intentional breathing.
This yoga workshop takes place within a gallery room filled with artwork centered on healing, growth, and resilience, inviting participants to fully immerse themselves in the experience.This session is suitable for participants with some yoga experience, as well as those looking to deepen their understanding of twisting postures in a mindful, breath-supported practice.
Please bring your own yoga mat and water, and wear comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement.
