《五路財神虛實共演》由中國科技大學數位多媒體設計系「表演捕捉與動畫科技研究室」與禾一文化傳承舞團共同創作，以「天官五路武財神」為主題，在傳統與現代之間展開一場虛實交錯的跨域實驗。作品融合陣頭步伐、街舞能量與舞台展演，舞者透過麒麟拳、龍華拳、鷹爪拳、伏虎拳與玄武拳的演繹，展現五行之力；並在編舞結構中融入如意步、八卦陣與送窮迎財，將祈福與守護的儀式意涵轉化為當代舞蹈語彙。
技術層面以「虛實共演」為核心。舞者的肢體動態經由捕捉轉化為虛擬神將，結合AI生成影像與即時渲染，於舞台上呈現具科幻機甲風格的五路財神化身。這些數位角色不僅展現威儀，更能即時回應舞者，構築人神共舞的沉浸場景。作品既是文化再造的當代表演實驗，也是以數位科技將台灣街舞與陣頭帶入虛擬空間的前衛嘗試。
A collaboration between the Motion Capture & Animation Tech Lab, Dept. of Digital Multimedia Design, China University of Technology and the Hoyi Dance Crew, The Five Martial Gods of Wealth: Virtual-Real Fusion Performance centers on the theme of the "five martial gods of wealth" and unfolds as a cross-disciplinary experiment where the virtual and the real, tradition and modernity intertwine. Blending the
powerful steps of zhentou (traditional parade formations), the energy of street dance, and stage
performance, the dancers embody the power of the Five Elements through movements inspired by the Qilin Fist, Longhua Fist, Eagle Claw Fist, Tiger-Subduing Fist, and Xuanwu Fist. The choreography further integrates symbolic forms such as the Ruyi Step, the Bagua Formation, and the ritual of sending away poverty and welcoming wealth, transforming the ritualistic meanings of blessing and protection into a contemporary dance vocabulary.
At the technical level, the work centers on the concept of "virtual-real fusion performance." The dancers’ movements are captured and transformed into those of virtual warrior-deities; incarnations of the five Gods of Wealth are created in a futuristic mecha style by means of AI-generated images and real-time rendering. These digital figures not only embody grandeur but also respond instantly to the performers, creating immersive scenes of humans and deities dancing together. The piece is both a contemporary performance experiment through cultural reinvention and a pioneering attempt to bring Taiwanese street dance and zhentou traditions into virtual space through digital technologies.
