《眾生喧嘩》音樂會的含義是「複調：多元共存的視角與聲音」，以歌手們唱各自的母語，來象徵各種聲音、觀點同時並存且相互交織，來象徵台灣文化的多樣性和複雜性的現象。
當原住民語、客語、台語等台灣音樂團體，與義大利「未竟學院」，在多元歌聲交流的過程中，方塊字文化及拼音字文化的節奏互相激盪，一切的故事從了解彼此從母語開始。以母親說話之舌、唱歌之舌，激盪出共染的聲韻音腔，當方塊舌與拼音舌彼此開始唱起彼此的歌，雙方都開了一扇接受彼此的大門。
The meaning of the concert “Echoes of Taiwan’s Polyphony: The Diverse Perspective Voices" is "Polyphony: Diverse Perspectives and Voices Coexisting." The singers sing in their own native languages to symbolize the coexistence and interweaving of various voices and perspectives, symbolizing the diversity and complexity of Taiwanese culture.
When Taiwanese music groups in various languages, including Aboriginal, Hakka, and Taiwanese, interact with the Italian "Academy of the Unfulfilled" through diverse vocal exchanges, the rhythms of blocks writing characters and Latin alphabet cultures intertwine. The story begins with understanding each other and their mother tongues. With the mother tongue of speech and singing, a shared rhythm and sound are stirred. When blocks writing characters and Latin alphabet languages begin to sing each other's songs, both sides open a door to acceptance.

母語歌腔是來自義大利、智利、新加坡等融合體的「未竟學院」來台灣，要融入台語腔、客語腔、鄒語腔，彼此打開歌聲暢流的門窗，共唱共演。
音樂總監｜黃培育
音樂唱片製作人，師承陳明章老師。在台語客語及原住民音樂領域留下許多作品，擔任台語童謠專輯《田碰花》、《煮月光》、《削削叫》以及客語童謠專輯《細細》。
高蕾雅 (Yinguyu Yatauyungana）
是來自鄒族的歌手、主持人與演員，她的祖父高一生與外祖父汪清山皆為台灣白色恐怖時期的受難者。高蕾雅橫跨音樂、影視與主持領域，更是三金（金馬獎、金曲獎、金鐘獎）皆有入圍紀錄的傑出表演者。
吉那罐子
成團14年從花信年華唱到熟女的春秋鼎盛，以深厚的演唱功力以及現場演出的高互動性而聞名。演唱及創作風格多元是一大特色，以客語時而混搭著國語、台語及英語演唱，賦予臺灣客語流行音樂新的時代符號。
裝咖人
音樂結合傳統北管，揉合地方信仰、鄉野傳奇與白色恐怖歷史，形式混雜傳統北管曲牌、口白說書及現代搖滾電音等元素，帶來耳目一新的聽覺衝擊，更入圍第33屆金曲獎最佳新人獎。
Academy of the Unfulfilled
The voices of the Academy of the Unfulfilled blend native sounds from Italy, Chile, and Singapore. In Taiwan, they embrace the tones of Taiwanese, Hakka, and Tsou languages—opening windows and doors to shared singing and collective performance.
Pei-Yu HUANG
A music producer mentored by the renowned Chen Ming-Chang, Huang has contributed extensively to Taiwanese, Hakka, and Indigenous music. He has produced several notable children's albums, including the Taiwanese-language albums ’’Tian Phong Hua’’, ’’Cooking the Moonlight’’, and ’’Shiau Shiau Kio’’, as well as the Hakka-language album ‘’Si Si’’.
Lea (Yinguyu Yatauyungana)
Yinguyu Yatauyungana is a Tsou singer, host, and actress. Her grandfathers were victims of Taiwan’s White Terror. A versatile performer, she has been nominated for the Golden Horse, Golden Melody, and Golden Bell Awards.
Gina YANG
Gina Yang has been performing for 14 years, evolving from youthful beginnings to the prime of womanhood. Known for their strong vocal abilities and highly interactive live shows, the group stands out for its diverse musical style. Their songs, primarily in Hakka, often blend Mandarin, Taiwanese, and English, bringing a fresh and modern identity to Hakka pop music in Taiwan.
Tsng-kha-lâng / Countrymen
Blending traditional Beiguan music with local beliefs, folktales, and the history of Taiwan’s White Terror, their work fuses classical Beiguan melodies, storytelling, and modern rock and electronic elements. This unique sound delivers a refreshing auditory experience and earned them a nomination for Best New Artist at the 33rd Golden Melody Awards.
